Permits are required if you are moving plumbing, upgrading your electrical panel, or making structural changes such as removing a wall. For cosmetic updates no permit is typically required. We assess every project and obtain all necessary permits.
Yes. We will set up an appropriate barrier to ensure that no one gets hurt. We prioritize safety above all else.
Yes. We have our engineer who will calculate the appropriate beam to be installed. We will obtain strict measurements and execute all safety removal procedures.
