David Katz
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
David started in the construction industry at age 14 sweeping out subdivision homes as a summer job.
He grew up with a grandfather and father who were in the home building and renovations business.
David has been involved in the renovation and construction industry for over 40 years. He has always been dedicated to customer service and always provides a professional approach to every project.
David has worked in all aspects of construction and renovation with hands on experience in drywall,
framing, rough and finished carpentry, plumbing, electrical, home automation, landscaping, paving & interlock stones etc. He has also been involved in many commercial applications. David’s attention to detail, quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction is his number one priority.
Michael Katz
FOUNDER & LEAD CONTRACTOR
Michael has been involved in the renovation and construction industry for nearly 20 years, beginning his first renovation project at age 16. A graduate of the Home Renovation Technician program at Humber College, he is also BCIN registered with qualification in the Powers and Duties of a Chief Building Official under the Ontario Building Code.
With hands on experience in drywall, plaster, rough and finish carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, Michael brings a well rounded understanding of residential renovations along with a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and client satisfaction.
